Worst hospital in the world. You will sit around for hours just to be told the "doctor" doesnt know whats wrong with you. Its has now been 2 hours since we were told I will be right back with your referral

Been waiting with my sister 5 hours for medical attention. Asked for a grievance form and was denied several times. This place sucks. Asked for a supervisor on duty, but wasn't answered.

Kelly you must have never been to an ER before then. It's not fun and it's a long waiting game. It goes who needs to see the doc first then so on, next time take crazy there by ambulance!

I wish I could rate them with a zero. Currently still here and it's been easily over 4 hours and at least 3 of those hours I've been sitting in a room waiting for someone.

When I first got in the room they were very quick to collect their copay and I haven't seen anyone since. Clearly they are more interested in the money then they are with the patients.

They haven't taken my samples to get tested yet considering they have been sitting in front of me for over an hour.

The staff is very ignorant when asking them questions. A young lady keeps replying "um okay. Yeah unfortunately you really haven't been waiting long at all." Speaking to me in a tone as if I don't understand her.

Well unfortunately young lady, I came here to be helped and me waiting in a room for three hours plus isn't helping anyone.
If I wanted to sit in a room all day in pain I would have just stayed home.

I wouldn't recommend this "emergency room" To anyone it's a waste of your time, money and the staff is inconsiderate.

I had a procedure on 11/29/16. Excellent experience. From pre-surgery meeting with Dr. Elgamel, to day of surgery. Staff and nurses where very kind, professional, knowledgeable and kept my husband informed of what was going on. Thank you.

If I could rate 0 I definitely would. Brought my daughter in for phyciatric evaluation and they intentionally made me wait in the consultation area for 5 hours then the consultant finally turned the paper work in at the end of his shift 11:00 PM. Th n still had to wait for a bed. Only place that that takes under 18 years besides Plymouth. Could say alot more but too tired came in about 6:00pm. It's now 11:16pm. Still waiting. You can only imagine. Nothing to drink nor eat and nobody will break my $5 for the vending machine. The lady sits at the desk and stares down like she don't see you because I had to step outside because I had to warm up while the other looks at clothes on the computer and everybody is very rude. Not even done. If they really hate there jobs that much they should find new ones. This was just the in the e.r. 11:26 still waiting for a bed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Will NEVER step foot in this hospital again. Went in with my 13 month old because I couldn't get her to eat or drink anything and not really going potty. We sat in the waiting room for four and a half hours before getting a room and then after getting a room waited a hour and a half to see a doctor. After a total of ten and a half hours I signed her out AMA because I was tired of being ignored and not getting any answers telling me there is nothing wrong all her tests were coming back normal! I have NEVER seen a hospital make a baby wait 6 and a half hours to see a doctor! Every time I would ask when she was going to be seen they were very rude! I would not recommend anyone coming through the ER here ever!
