Dirty, manager was sweet (Patsy) but place NEEDs some help. $80 is too.much for this place.
3 different roomsposted 3 different smoke alarms disabled. Rooms 211, 202, 206. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. So much for getting sleep.
Not the greatest but more than sufficient for the price. I found (and I searched) zero bugs. No breakfast but decent comfortable beds.
Clean, simple hotel with great weekly prices. no complaints.
Dirty. Arrived to find all the windows open and could smell the musty smell from the parking lot. Manager admitted it was dirty but refused refund after canceling. Called credit card company and disputing charge. I wouldn't let my dog sleep in this place. Manager very rude. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website. False advertisement. Expedia should be ashamed for booking rooms at this place
You know what the rooms were ok.but the bathroom was tacky, empty ( no soap, shampoo , conditioner) and daughter.
Awesome place. I got a deal on the rate becausee i booked for 4 days. The staff was awesome and super friendly. And for the price i was pleasently surprised about the size nicety and cleanliness of my amenities. Awesome place definirly would stay here again
Good location rooms were nice beds were a little hard for my liking
Needs to be more clean
Staying here for the night. Kind of dirty, lots of hair everywhere, including the bed. I went outside to get something out of my car and the owner? Gave me a disgusted look as i came back inside. No idea why, im a paying customer and he looked at me like I was an annoyance to him. Wtf? I stayed here avout ten years ago and I remember it being nice for the price amd clean as well. Not so much anymore.
Had to take the time to clean bathroom b4 taking a shower, loose hair in shower and toilet. Looks like hadn't been cleaned between visits. Besides that staff was fine. I just expected more from a hotel in Schererville, IN. That's kinda why I wanted to stay in town instead of driving farther down 30.
It is a dated hotel that has tripled its prices without upgrading their facilities in the last 3 years. A 2 star "hotel" in Schereville doesn't rate downtown Chicago hotel.
