Every time I come to this location there are NEVER EVER any carts or carts that are child friendly!! After today's visit I may not return, extremely long lines and only 2 registers open and the older blonde woman working jewellery was very rude to me! It's a lovely store but I haven't had a good experience there I will be shopping elsewhere.

Prices are good but only one very slow cashier with a line 10 deep at 11am..will shop other stores that actually staff.

Now that the wife gets all the coupon deals we do a lot of shopping here. 300+ dollars last Sunday walked out only paying 70 and some change with our coupons and Kohl's cash. For a family on a budget I call that a win

Love this place, it is spacious with many more options than my home Kohls. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Easy to find location located in beautiful Columbus Indiana.

I've been coming to this store for years along with my family and we've never had any issues until today. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted by the assistant manager, Kathy, and that was nice! I was looking for a certain gift for my daughter, and Kathy followed me and kept questioning me to the point that I got irritated. Ive never been followed or continuously bothered with questions like this before. I entered the store excited to get my daughter's gift and my boyfriend and i both left aggravated. They made us feel like we were doing something wrong and I don't appreciate that at all.

While some deals can be found you can find other stores in town that offer better discounts. The store seems to be in constant disarray and the associates are not that friendly.

Great selection of everything! Store is a bit of a mess and there's not much staff there late at night. Overall, great relaxed atmosphere and great products!

I don't like how cramped it is in the store. There are wide isles but when you go to look at clothes everything is crammed tightly. Prices are very high and the quality doesn't seem to match the price.
