Employees were attentive and extremely nice. It was the end of the day and I was expecting them to be tired and ready to go home but the cashier was darling, helpful and knowledgeable on the store policy! Can't wait to return!

Was trying to find yoga pants. Asked several associates who pointed me in the wrong direction and clearly didn't care about helping me. Found the item by myself and then they didn't have it in my size (M) in black, so I gave up trying and left

Kohl’s offers a Top-Notch rewards program called Kohl’s Cash. Its a clever way to keep customers like me and many others coming back for more. The product selection is good but could be better. Also they may be short cutting the customer service side of things by not having enough team members at the ready when needed. The team on the job are usually fast and friendly. The merchandise recovery is too slow so it can be tough to find what you need at times. I would certainly suggest you sign up for the Kohl’s Charge card and the rewards program. Kohl’s seemed to have excellent prices for Black Friday 2017 and Cyber deals soon after. This store is big so grab a cart on your way in and I can just about guarantee that you will fill it up if you are truly in the mood to let go of some cash keep in mind that the rewards like Kohl’s cash make spending money even more rewarding. Its a shame the brand names seem to not allow coupons but that has nothing to do with Kohl’s. One more thing Stop by the clearance sections in the clothing section. The treasures you may find will have you doing the happy dance at times. Enjoy your trip to Kohl’s ! Its worth it.

I love Kohl's, but prefer shopping online. This location is not the best. The checkout lines are always extremely long yet they won't open more registers. The inside is not kept very clean or organized.

Great check out experience. Plenty of registers open but Wow Woman's clothing area looking like bomb hit it!! Just walked away.

I am biased because I like the selection however the shelves at this store were very messy. They kept the typical sale signage next to regular price signage to make it look like something's on sale when it's actually not. You always have to read the signs because half the time the items not on sale it's just advertised.

Absolutely wonderful store. So many high quality clothes & the best prices on anything & everything. Love this place. My experience with customer service was a 5 🌟 experience and representative was patient and explained everything clearly.

First I checked their website to see whether they carried what I wanted, a good quality tote bag as a gift. They said they did.
I found a great selection, very well displayed. Many were even on sale. I had a difficult time deciding between two very nice totes and a couple of employees were friendly and helpful in giving their opinions.
While I was there, I decided to look at clothes and was disappointed in the quality as well as the displays. Sizes are not organized. There are no quality clothes that are conservative among the dresses, blouses, skirts and pants. Their casual clothes are okay.
I did not venture further into the store, being short on time. My experience was good.response / report this review -

I went to the Clifton store to get work pants and they didn't have the size I needed. They called to Colonie and Colonie said they had the pants I needed and would put it on hold for me. I drive all the way out to Colonie and they say that there is no record of the hold or call. It takes them 20 minutes just to help me look for the pants and another 30 minutes to find the pants I needed. It's ridiculous that someone took the call and didn't own up to messing up. I will never go back to this kohls again and I'm not wasting my time going back to another kohl's

Prices are very high no clothing for people 2X or larger the inside shelves look like tornado went through I suggest going to Walmart will find better clothes a larger selection and cheaper prices

Always busy and chaotic. I feel like that place has no organization. They also refused to help me out on a return on a gift we had gotten for Christmas that still had the tags. likely won't be back.
