Store is clean, organized, seem to have all the latest fashion as well as your regular 'standbys', and staff available for assistance as needed. They are always pleasant and on several occasions I have personally experienced staff going above and beyond any expectation. Always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff. My husband has difficulty finding clothing in his size (tall) at most stores, but he finds there is quite a selection when we go to this Kohls.
I love that if I have forgotten a coupon at home, they will find a way to give you a discount at the register upon checkout.
Would recommend this store and consider it to be on par with other large chin stores at a mall. In fact, I don't remember the last time I have been to a mall !! Worth checking out and if you come out empty-handed, wait a week or two and go back. The turnover is fast, always getting new items!!response / report this review -

I recently bought a sweater from here to wear in NYC. Bought it the day before, packed it away and thought I was good. I soon realized they left the security ink tag on it and it was unwearable. I called them and they told me ways to take it off. It is not my job, it is their job to do this and I am extremely angry since I bought it to wear in the city. I am unsatisfied with them and bought a $40 sweater that is unwearable for the reason I bought it for.

1st time shopping in kohl'sfound great deals on clothes for my grandson (5 mths) and a super cute necklace for my grand daughter's birthday, plus as a bonus found 2 ceramic knives for under $10. Then added to it got the friends & family discount of 25% off by our cashier--SCORE!! plus she was nice, bubbly and intelligent!

Unfortunately, I was charged for one item twice. Didn't realize it until I got home. Tried to call the ph# on the receipt. It rang once and disconnected. Googled another ph #same thing. Had to drive back to the store to get my credit back to my acct. CSR wasn't aware of phones out until he called another dept and was told all phones are out. I'm a VIP account holder and not too happy with my experience.

Amazing store! Great staff, great stock, & a clean classy well organized environment. I recommend Kohl's to anyone! Also they are great if you want to start building credit as they offer a store card that just about anyone can get.

The store staff at Kohl's in Cape Coral is just wonderful. I wish I could say the same for the customer service when I need help over the phone using their toll free number. Make no mistake about. The Cape Coral store and staff are always helpful and provide wonderful customer service.

A kind lady in the Jewelry section name Marie was extremely helpful, patient, & sweet. She went through the trouble of adjusting the watch. The staff here is truly amazing. The prices are great too.

Staff are very friendly and helpful; you can tell they work hard and care about the store. Managers are all pretty friendly and accommodating. It can be very busy, which understandably causes some disorder in certain areas, most often in the kids departments. This location has the best selection in the area, also why it's so busy. Great place to shop!
