No longer safe for children.What used to be our favorite movie going experience has degraded into filth and disappointment. They've added a bar and a drunk Patron yelled loud filthy obscenities at the screen through the whole movie. There were small children there to see star wars. One Patron, not us, asked that he be removed and they would not remove the offender. They said they needed to witness it and when they walked in to check, he would quiet down. I am so disappointed. I should add that we couldnt leave because we were near the end of the aisle, but at the end was a disabled person who's crutches were on the floor. We did not want to disturb her. Like a hostage situation, we just hoped it would end soon. Afterwards the staff argued with several people who comlpained. One manager finally refunded and she apologized. Doesn't make up for it. I am so dissapointed.

I went to go see the new Thor movie in 3D this weekend with my sister. The 3D effect was not working , they tried to fix it, and then there was a black line across the screen. The people who worked there were really nice but, theater nine had a lot of difficulties. The staff was really nice and gave everyone a free movie pass that was in the theater. Overall the staff is nice but the theaters are faulty.

Nice theater with great seats but cold at night in the summer. Concessions are good and no more pricy than elsewhere. Lots of parking.

IMAX is awesome here!! Popcorn Quality is hit or miss though!! Great friendly staff and clean restrooms.
