Must move my father from a Tampa Independent+Assisted living home to Sarasota Independent/Assisted living home. Checked out 4 of these facilities in Sarasota. This by far is the best location with amazing amenities, including a new 4 row Movie room. This is a buy in facility with some possibilities of just rent. We did take one of the buy in options. Even without the buy in the rent was still comparable to other surrounding choices but with MUCH better amenities and atmosphere. Don't skip this place if you're in the market.
