Ladies dept was a mess and totally disorganized. And the stock selection was low. Kohls in Phoenix, AZ is much better.

Visiting this store I had high hopes for getting a great deal. I did not realize how unorganized and in complete disarray this store is. One of the managers, Susan, is incredibly reluctant to agree with the customer. This store has a very large section of prepackaged dress shirts. I grabbed two shirts after scanning one that came up $10.00. When I got to the register one came up $25.00. Susan would not override the price because, as she said,"I'm not allowed to mark it down that much." While she continued to argue with me for almost 10 minutes. I finally just put the shirt back and left. If you are even mildly familiar with customer service, or you work in retail you know that it's part of your job (while in retail) to rectify the situation and then correct it. Susan is either afraid of her job because of how terrible the store looks or doesn't care about the customer. Either way Susan needs to be re educated on her job.

Not sure if it's Kohl's return policy or if their cashiers aren't sure what is going on. I brought in two shirts with receipt and tags still on. They were a large, I wanted the same ones for my son, but an xl instead. The lady returned the ones I brought back and then gave me the cash back for them. Somehow it was 17$ and 1.87 on a gift card. She then rang me up for the xl's and tells me I owe 14$ after taking my 18 and some change. I was confused as to why the price inflation and she said they are no longer the same price as they were. This makes no sense to me. So then I say I'll just take the large shirts back, re-rings the same shirts I just got 18$ back for, and tells me I owe 14$ again. I asked for a manager, but since I was on my lunch break I had to leave. So I left the store, with my receipt still on customer service counter. So upsetting and actually quite nonsense. But I will say one thing for sure, I will never purchase from Kohl's again. Thanks, love your not so happy customer!!

Kohl's is the best! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help me whenever I need it. And you can't beat their deals!
