Absolutely beautiful place to visit. This is where i proposed to my wife 5 years ago. Rooms a bit pricey but worth it. Also Daffins candy is 30 feet away, they have the beat choclate in Pennsylvania.

Our stay was amazing. The mansion is very well taken care of and the service was exceptional. All the rooms have a different design and are very clean. The entire mansion and the grounds are very picturesque.

Unbelievably amazing experience. We booked a few nights to stay in the wonderful Grand Gables room leading up to our wedding then rented out the entire Mansion and grounds the day of our wedding. From Marci who I coordinated with during the months leading up to the wedding, from a few hundred miles away nonetheless, to every single member of the staff who helped to set up for the wedding, tend bar at the wedding, work in the Inn throughout our stay and be there to help our guests when we all stayed the night of the wedding, there is not one negative comment I can make. To have such a pampering experience, coming from the D.C. area, at this price is unbelievable. The pampering, the help with EVERYTHING from bringing in our car-full of wedding stuff and luggage to loading the gifts and luggage and all back in the car at the end. From the most relaxing manicure, pedicure and massage I've had in their spa to the group breakfast buffet they set up for our guests the morning after the wedding. Not one detail went overlooked by the staff on their regular procedures or the little details I added like personalized chalk boards to hang on the door knobs to each room and welcome bags and gifts in each room when our guests checked in. They went above and beyond in every big and small thing for the five days we stayed and the entire day of our wedding. We are already planning our next trip and our next "Mansion for a Day" party!

A very nice place! Went there for my Uncles wedding and it was all very well organized and the grounds were kept very well.
However, come checkout time, some of the staff did a complete 180. Checkout wasn't until noon, yet staff members began to get increasingly rude to both guests and the bride, even throwing out one of the bride's gifts and a card given to her by the groom. The gift was a small satin jewelry box, something obviously not trash, and it was just before 11:30 when they threw it out. I understand that they like to move quickly when they're trying to clean up, but a little more care has to be put into belongings like that.

My husband and I received a gift card here as a wedding present and booked a side-by-side Swedish massage. My masseuse was Peggy and she was fantastic! Clearly experienced. The atmosphere is nice: very English, but a shade corny. It is a Mansion after all.

A couple things that could have been better: after our massages we went into the sauna, but the heater was off and it needs 30 minutes to warm up, so we kinda just sat in a wooden room for 20 minutes while we sipped our infused water. The massage room was also a bit cold, which made it a harder to relax. I'm always cold, but my husband thought so, too. Overall a nice visit.

Just spent my 28th wedding anniversary there last night. I was very unsure of what to expect. The Ritz has nothing on this place. Greeted with an eagerness to serve and a glass of champagne. The staff is over the top acccomdatiing in a subtle and casual way. Top class service with comfort. We had a couples massages in the spa which topped off the perfect beginning. The mansion is one of a kind and impressive all its own. We left talking about how we can't wait to visit again in the spring. We had dinner at their sister Inn which was as well a great experience with totally great food. Who'd of thought just on the other side of Ohio this place exist. More importantly my wife had a great anniversary surprise.
