The air was defective and extremely stuffy in the room. The windows were not the ones you could open up. Under the circumstances, completely booked because of the wedding we all were attending, I did not complain because I know there was literally no vacancies! However, I paid more for a room with the whirlpool spa tub and was not able to enjoy it because of the temperature in the room. Very disappointed because I could have spent less money on a standard room but instead spent more just to be able to relax in a jetted tub! (That was useless & money that I basically flushed down the drain)

Making a drive with kids back home for holidays with kids and needed to get a room. We were just too tired. Mike was at front desk and very polite. He checked us in fast and we had a room quick. They also have a pool (which kids loved)!

Clean. Nice rooms fresh remodel or at least it seemed like it. Only 2 minor issues were the jets on the hot tub didn't work properly and the timer was broke. Best quality breakfast I have ever had at an economy hotel.

Was traveling cross country, and didn't plan to stop for the night but got really dizzy and decided I needed a place for the night. The check in staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the rate was reasonable, especially for being a last-second pop in. The room was clean, and it was nice and quiet, which I was worried about, not feeling well, but it exceeded my expectations. The pillows were all super soft and fluffy, and I like firm pillows, but if that's my biggest problem, then I can't complain. Would definitely stay again.

Very accessible from I-80. We stayed in the room with the King sized bed and sleepiest sofa which felt like an efficiency apartment with he addition of a small fridge and microwave. This room would be ideal fir a family with small children or even 4 adults. They have an indoor pool, jacuzzi, business room and exercise room. Very clean rooms, nonsmoking rooms available and friendly, helpful staff. A good value for your money!

Writing a review for my mother who won't. This hotel treated her horribly. Upon checking in to her room she was given the incorrect room card 3x resulting in subsequent trips back to the lobby. After finally gaining access to her room she noticed that the door itself did not have a working lock. Now the fourth trip back to the front desk regarding the lock issue the employee suggested that she use the door flip security latch to lock the room. When my mother inquired has to how to lock the room when she intended to leave the employee responded with "FLIP THE LATCH BETWEEN THE DOOR AND FRAME". This would prevent the door from closing and allow her to regain access without having to come back to the front desk (Friday, May 27). Unsatisfied with this suggestion my mother decided not to leave that evening. She also noted that the bedside lamps did not work during the duration of her two night stay, the breakfast in the morning was nice and she did enjoy the waffles.

There were four of us who stayed in a double bed room. I feel that there was enough room in there. A nice continental breakfast in the morning next to a fireplace. This place isn't bad at all. It is one of the better places that I've stayed at. Oh, and there IS a pool!

Worst experience yet! Moved to 2diff rooms in a 45 min time frame 1 hour after arrival after traveling for 14 hrs nd totally exhausted. The second room had white stains nd pubic hairs on the sheets,a dirty towel hung on the back of the door from a previous guest. Had to put my own new sheets on which then we're a queen size that was suppose to be a king. Totally disgusted with the outcome from the manager there. Unbelievable!!
