I bought a SEIKO SOLAR WATCH from Khohl's 2yrs ago. I really like buying there because they're so nice even when they have other customers that they are servicing.
Long story short my band broke because of my Love HAPPY dog jumped on me and his paws caught my wrist band. It happened in Dec. 2016 and the girl working at the time said she would fix it .. but tools weren't available. She was very nice and said bring it back. Was so busy during that time. I decided to go this past Saturday July 8th around 2 pm. I was going to my nephews Wedding and I love this watch. Well I forgot the women's name who helped me but she was phenomenal in not only helping me but taking the time to fix my watch and with a smile and wonderful conversation. I will always and will continue to recommend and purchase from Kohl's. Managers please give this person a second day off buy her lunch or let her manage that dept.
She was the epitome of customer service with a beautiful attitude.

Kohls always has great deals! Stackable Coupons and great quality. Love the Juicy, JLo, and Apt 9 Collections. Im so glad my husband finally found something he likes, the Mark Anthony Collection. Saves me a trip to somewhere else. 🙅

I'm just not a Kohls fan. Place doesn't make me want to spend money. No Kohls ever has. Google took me there for something it wasn't there, btw. Their stock isn't conveyed online properly.

Lisa from the jewelry department is very friendly and helpful! She genuinely wanted to make sure we picked the perfect gift. There was another employee named Sam who was also courteous and helpful. Great team and experience.their service led to making my purchasing experience an enjoyable one.
