It is a Kohl's like any other. Nothing extraordinary about customer service nor floor upkeep. Still wish their prices were a little more realistic. I never actually buy anything until I have a 30% coupon in hand.

Easy to find stuff in the store. The cashier was very helpful when I had to have her print out gift receipts and forgot to tell her about it initially. After the transaction she went back and did it with no problem and very courteous the whole time.

Helpful friendly staff, high quality low cost items, always find a good deal. Clearance items are in season and can be combined with coupons. I save a ton of money shopping here!

Love kohls! Last time I was there i stayed in the womens section. Two employees were working quickly and effectively keeping the dressing rooms clear of clutter and helping out customers when needed. I always save a ton and can always find good bargains. I think all clothing is over priced. But I will always shop at kohls.

First usually we always have a good experience here, never any issues and we always find what we need. Well today was different my wife was taking my girls shopping to get my youngest her first purse. Everything was going fine until one of the managers approached my daughters and asked my oldest daughter if she really needs a wheel chair. Are you kidding me and it was a manager who went and asked her that when my wife was looking at other items. What kind of customer service is that? My wife has already called and they did nothing. Treat a 10 year old handicapped girl like she doesn't need to be in a wheelchair is appalling. Thanks Khols for ruining my daughters self esteem.

other than there was a lot of stuff in the isles and it was hard to use a wheel chair with a client around those stacks of clothes and boxes needing to be unloaded. The prices weren't too bad but it was very hard to find what we were looking for as there was no signs to let people know where the junior section was or the plus sizes started or ended. Maternity was mixed into the plus size when we finally found the right section. They need better signs to direct people that are handicap to know how to get around the store. They need to offer some sort of chairs for those handicap people who need to shop also.!!!
