I have been going to this stop for 10 plus years the store gets more ridiculous by the day. After doing some shopping I got to try to use the restroom and the restroom so nasty you can’t even walk inside. I address management about the way the restroom looks and smells and she acts as if it’s not important. This is not the way you will think a store should look just nasty

Love the variety of good markdowns. There are usually long lines, but with pop-up registers around the store to help out, the wait isn't too bad.

Since there are a lot of mid- to higher end designers you will still find some pricey items, but it is great to have them concentrated into a well organized store.

Since Nordstrom was originally a shoe store, their shoes are the high point in the store. Again, some higher end designers but with great markdowns. A mini department store with lots of great deals!

Complete chaos! The aisles are so narrow, that if one person stops to look at something, it causes a traffic jam. Great deals if you can navigate to what ever you are shopping for. They also have express check out booths throughout the store for people who are only purchasing a few items and are paying with a card.

Overall nice selection of men's shoes and casualwear. I wouldn't have been impressed with the price if they hadn't been running a sale for an additional 25% off clearance. Some if it just feels like regular department store gimmick pricing but the clearance was actually priced well.

The lines were a bit long but they opened up some express checkouts throughout the store to accommodate.

    Overall, a good shopping experience.

This is a great place to find larger sizes in men's shoes, their selection in size 14 is vast. I also find larger cup size bras there at excellent prices.

Been coming here for overt a decade for the men's shoe collection alone. I have always been able to find a deal. Very small selection of wide shoes. This has been very disagreeable to my son I fear the legacy may end with me.

I can spend hours shopping here and they also offer alterations and silly me forgot that I had not picked up a Calvin Klein blouse and when I was with my husband and having his pants cuffed the lady remembered me and got my blouse for me. If you love quality clothing and accessories this is a great place to go and browse. Of course since it's Nordstrom the shoes are to die for ☺

The checkout line felt like it took a year-and-a-half to get through and it was just a normal Tuesday not a holiday shopping weekend or anything like that. The customer service was great but I really needed to just buy a pair of shoes and get in and out but it took me 45 minutes which did not make me very happy. I do really appreciate the customer service though because the woman who helped me at the counter was very nice helpful and informative.

In comparison to other Nordstrom Racks in the area, this one is a little crowded and seems to be more expensive. It is probably due to the brands. It isn't as organized, however it is still a decent facility and I don't mind shopping here.

I needed to buy a green shirt for St. Patty's Day to wear for work. I found and bought the only green shirt in my size (out of 3 green shirts total in any size). That isn't my complaint though.

The problem is is that Nordstrom's shirts (their label) are incredibly poor quality. I got home and washed the shirt for work the next day. When I went to iron it in the morning, it would NOT iron out. I tried to iron it 3 times and steamed it twice all to no avail. The shirt would not de-wrinkle. When I went to return it right after work (I wore it for 2 hours until my roommate could bring me another from home), they told me since it was worn they wouldn't take it back. While the supervisor could definitely have been more friendly (she wasn't) that's not what disappointed me either. It was the fact that you do not stand behind your product at all, even though it is literally your brand. Any other store I have ever shopped at would have taken it back no problem or at the very least, and I mean very least, have offered me store credit and apologized. I left the shirt with them despite not getting a refund since I can't wear wrinkled clothes at work so it was useless to me.

Word of warning to any men buying shirts at Nordstrom rack, do not buy their brand. They are unfortunately very cheap and they don't seem to really care about that or their customers. Van Heuson shirts are cheaper and made much better.
