The managers and employees are always willing to go look in the store room if the size that you need is not out on the rack. A wonderfully helpful, clean Kohls.

Larry in jewelry would not give up trying to find the watch I wanted. He was very persistent, kind and patient. And he found it after at least 20 minutes of helping me. I was very impressed!

If I could rate this kohls zero stars I would. The customer service is unbelievably snotty,rude,and liars. I would never go to kohls ever again. You can't use the coupons on anything and it's ridiculous.

When I asked the dressing room associate to help me get a price on an item that didn't have a tag, she nicely told me to go to the register. Would have been nice if I didn't have to go all the way up front and she could have helped me so I could make my decision to buy or keep looking but it turns out the item was way less than I expected- so WIN WIN!

Store is (for the most part) pretty organized. Great sales most days, and a helpful staff. A little annoying that you can't do anything but even exchanges at the cash register and instead have to go to guest services for a return. Overall nice experiences when I shop there.
