Distribution center offers tours that end at a nice retail center. Tour features a series of interesting videos on jelly belly history. The retail center offers bulk beans as well as great prices on not quite perfect items.

Who doesn't love Jelly Belly. It is a great factory outlet store. They have fantastic prices on cases of Belly Flops which are rejects so they don't look pretty but taste just as delicious as a regular Jelly Belly. You can also buy absolutely any kind of Jelly Belly you can imagine such as champagne flavor. Free samples. Lots of related merchandise like sweaters and hats. I took away 1 star for the factory tour. It is nothing more than a tram through the warehouse with naration by a clearly uninspired employee. It's not worth the one free bag you get at the end.

This place offers fun and free tours along with free candy. It is great to see a company take pride in their operation and put so much effort into making their customers happy. Be aware, this is not a working factory like the one in California. It is a warehouse. The tour is on an indoor tram and they go around the warehouse and show different movie clips of making jelly bellies. There is a candy store at the end for purchasing. I have never waited more than several minutes to get on the tour.

Nice easy tour and short history of Jelly Belly Candies. Gift shop with complete product assortment including Jelly Belly flavors you are unlikely to find at stores. The tour is easy for those who cannot walk distances.

Great tour experience. It’s free and you would get a free sample packet. The store offers unlimited free sampling, you would love the way staff cares the kids at the sampling studio and kids loves it. Store is well stocked with variety of choices for purchase. It’s a great stop over place while on road trips.

A great place for your sweet tooth. Not sure what you like, no problem you can sample every jelly bean they sell. Take your time and take the kids. Fun little train ride to see the plant.

Fun place to go visit. It does not cost anything to have the tour and there is a store for a large variety of candy offerings. Went for a class fieldtrip and had a great time. We were able to talk to Bill Kelley for almost an hour. Very informative, and everyone was kind to my class and me.

Store is fantastic. Huge selection. Staff look to enjoy working there, especially the sample bar guy liked making people smile - even brewed up a lemon meringue pie mix of beans. Best deal was the bags of $0.50 organic belly flops jelly belly jelly beans! Layered peanut butter cup was tasty too from fudgerie counter.
Tour gave a basic overview of the company with a train ride. Tour of a real factory would have been so much better. This is like a glorified entrance to the shop. Kids loved the train ride.response / report this review -

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was short and sweet. I looked forward to purchase their seconds (aka belly flops). Who cares what shape they come in They all go in one way and come out the other. Tour is best for children over 5 years of age. Definitely will recommend the tour as a road trip pit stop

The tour is just okay and not worth waiting a long time for but if you are in the area and you are interested in how jelly belly creates their candy it's a good stop. They say a new tour and exhibits are opening soon so perhaps it will get better. Definitely hit up the retail store where you can stock up on belly flops, the beans that were to small or big to pass quality control, cheap.

Very friendly and upbeat staff.
Nice free tour of the distribution warehouse in an electric trolley. Heard they will be remodeling soon.
If you want to see the factory itself, sounds like it is in California!

I'll break this review into two parts
Tour: 1 star. There is nothing on the tour that is worth the wait. Take a look at some tour pictures online and save yourself the trouble. You ride a tour cart around a warehouse and watch videos and view some random art and equipment. You do not see any actual jelly bean production. You get a paper hat and a small bag of jelly beans. Most kids were disinterested after the first 5 minutes.
Store: 4 stars. If Jelly Belly makes it, it's here. There's a tasting bar and small cafe. Make sure to check out the factory seconds (Belly Flops) for special pricing.response / report this review -

Pretty fun experience, and the shop has an amazing selection, plus some good deals on irregular products. Great tasting counter. Has a food option but never tried. Friendly staff. I go there 2-3 times a year when I'm in the area.

This was a fun trip, though I'll admit I wasn't initially excited at the thought of going. It was informative and pretty interesting. I actually love jelly belly beans, and had a lot of fun learning how they're made. It's not something you think about until you do. They give you a free sampler bag of beans when you're done with the tour and then you can go into the gift shop. Pretty much everything you can want is available to buy, including fudge and "belly flops!" Definitely fun and interesting.
