Granted it's the holidays but everything was very thrown about and there were only two registers open. They do have a good selection though. It's just a strange layout.

Clean and stocked. Wife had me there for an hour trying on new pants. She kept finding more, so i would say they are well stocked on pants. Lots on clearance from the summer as well. Hit that up before it's gone

I had the best experience at this location. Kobe was my cashier and he provided fast, efficient and incredibly friendly service. I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable in a retail store, thanks to employees like Kobe I would HIGHLY recommend Kohl’s!

Nice Clean store. Large selection. Always things on sale and they allow lots of coupons and discounts to be stacked for maximum savings. All employees that I have interacted with have been very helpful and kind. You can use an app to pay by scanning the barcode. the app allows you to load up all of your coupons so you don't have to carry them around with you. It even loads up your Kohl's Cash you earn during most transactions.

What happened to you Kohl's? You used to be affordable but now are consumed by named brands. I could find basically the same jeggings at a competitor for half of what your "sale" price was. Also, your website says Kohl's offers a military discount but it is not available at this location. Why isnt that a corporate policy?

Terrible customer service. Everyone was rude and treated their customers with zero respect. As a loyal Khols shopper, I was so disappointed in shopping at this Khols in ahwatukee. I bought a couple things and when I came home one of the shirts didn't come up in my bags. I went back to pick it up with my receipt and everything, but they did not let me take it. The manager was impolite and sullen about it. These kind of mistakes are not acceptable. I wasted my time driving back there, and ended up coming home empty handed. If it were a $10 shirt I'd say okay it's fine I'll wait till they check their stuff, but it wasn't cheap either and I was leaving town the next day. Definitely lost a loyal customer and trust.

I'm guessing this store is closing down. The employees all act like they'd rather be elsewhere. I wouldn't normally comment on this because retail workers have a very tough job, but it was very noticeable. No one smiledthey looked like robots doing a task. Just my $.02, but I know exactly what that is like to feel this way & recognized it. @Kohl'sif you want happy customers, you need happy staff. 1 or 2 is a personality issue, the whole team is a moral issue.

Crew were friendly.
Always find some good stuff at kohl's but not always at reasonable price.
Store wasn't well organized by size.
That is why finding the right size wasn't easy.
Why keeping too many extra sized pants in the store or even in the inventory?
Vast majority of people are not that wide or that tall so at least keep them in a big and tall section.
Otherwise your store continues to look messy and very difficult for the employees to keep it in order.
It also frustrates the customers.

I should probably have myself emancipated from this placeI can't help it! The Kohl's cash and rewards just keep me coming back! trying to find out just how good of a deal I can get with my stacked coupons on things I don't need is like an addiction! Seriously though, this is my favorite location. They always seem to have the best selection and inventory.

Need more variety. Especially on apt9 wear. Has mid-end wear with a wide selection of socks shoes and jeans. Prices are a little expensive, but you do get Kohl's cash usually.

Your standard Kohl's. If you're not familiar: think department store with clothes and housewares with fairly high retail pricing, but that keeps people coming back with discounts and a hefty rewards program.

Nothing above and beyond to note, but I've also had no complaints about the cleanliness or the service of this location.

Big "sales" set up to bring you in the store but they just mark up the prices pretty high so the deals look better than they are.

Shopped at this Kohl's in December of 2016. First time at this Kohl's and was very pleased. Great store and sales. Wasn't to crowded. Only thing is I never saw a sales associate on the floor. Just when I went to check out. Overall great experience.
