Stay away from this uhaul. The 10' truck I rented calculated mileage wrong as if it had been tampered with. I drove 73 miles total and was charged for 119 miles. We always plan our route when renting a truck so we know exactly how many miles we use. Bogus manager and customer service rep will steal your money.. You have been warned!! Now rent from somewhere else, anywhere else but uhaul!!!.

Paid cash when rented the trailer. Agent called abd demanded we return the unit early then tried to charge us again. Won't be back to this location seeing as how we were dealing with the nabager. No apology. No reduction in price for having to return unit early. No coupons for a next visit. No customer service.

BEWARE. If you rent from this location, make sure you check EVERYTHING before driving away with a rental. We thought we checked everything, but we didn't think to check and make sure the employee wrote down the correct mileage on the paper that was on the truck before we used it. When we returned the truck, the guy told us we went over 100 miles. We tried to tell him that he was wrong and we knew it wasn't possible, but when they write down a number on the paper.. that's what they go by. So, make sure you take pictures and double check. I went online & used mapquest to put in every single stop/route from the second we picked it up till we dropped it back off and it showed we drove 61 miles. Which is right. Needless to say, we were charged for way more miles than we should've been and the guy that first helped us should've done his job correctly and honestly.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful service. The staff is phenomenal. So eager to help and so knowledgeable all moving needs. Always concerned with what you may need however not eager to upsell and things that you would not. I have always driven to 10 extra miles to come to this location for the staff.

I came here shortly after my fiasco with the 51st Ave & Glendale location and Darrell took great care of me, I believe that's his name. He's the owner and is on top of his game. Rent from here and you won't be disappointed.

Extremely rude. Part owner was disrespectful. His name is Jackson. He has no one to hold him accountable thats why he acts and says as he pleases. Dont be fooled by him acting nice. This guy is a two face.
