The jewelry selection for men is very minimalHOWEVER, the saving grace for Kohl's is a precious woman by the name of Shalliec (?) SHE deserves FIVE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!! She tried to help me as much as possible even when I told her I needed to look elsewhere; she encourage me to come to her if I needed any further help or advice.

Always lots of sales available. I come mostly for Lauren Conrad line, especially the flip flops. Actual cushion in the shoes and very fashionable.

So grateful for the help I got on Black Friday from two very engaging and helpful sales associates.

First person D'Albrey helped me find the right shark vacuum and went out of his way to answer questions concerning a piece of luggage. He didn't just tell me where it was in the store, he walked me to the item and we had a good conversation along the way.

I really like the way Publix uses the same customer service strategy to make sure people don't get lost and you find the exact item.

When I was checking out, Natasha a friendly person made me aware of where I could find the online coupons.
I'm not one that likes to carry around a lot of paper, so I was very appreciative of her helping me find the online coupon that I didn't bring with me from the newspaper.

This store seems to be well-trained and the people with in a good attitude about serving the customer

Koh's is one of my favorite one stop stores for everything but food. There's always a wide variety in every department. Always sale items and promos going on. They have a great return policy if you change your mind on things. The store is well kept up, bathrooms are surprisingly clean for public bathrooms. The employees are always pleasant when I've visited.
