  Koala Cooling did and amazing job! I can back from vacation and my AC wouldn’t come on. I did all the troubleshooting I knew and couldn’t resolve the problem. Koala Cooling came to my home to repair my AC in a couple of days of calling. Michael, the AC repair guy, quickly diagnosed the problem in about 30 mins, gave me the exact price, ran to his warehouse for parts, came back in about an hour, and repaired my AC in no time! Michael was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and very clean. We became Koala Cooling members because of this excellent service that was provided. Awesome job guys!

  Dealing with both Koala Cooling as a business and Michael specifically has been so easy and nice. Michael especially has done such a great job of communicating with us. He was able to make it out the same day we noticed the problem and he diagnosed the issue. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been very professional and knowledgeable. We had an absolutely terrible experience with another company in the past, but we feel that we can trust the work and expertise of Koala Cooling.

  We were incredibly impressed by the professionalism of our technician. He is extremely dedicated to his customers and their well-being. He went above and beyond to make lots of phone calls to various suppliers as quickly as possible, and kept us informed about the progress. He took the time to educate us about the pros and cons of various options. But perhaps most importantly, he is clearly a very decent human being who loves his job. We were blessed by his services and highly recommend Koala Cooling!

  Martin was great! He came to our house and gave us all the information we needed to make sure we felt good about our decision. Then he did everything he could to find what we needed and installed ASAP. The installation crew was also awesome. It has been just one day since installation but so far so good and I can say that working with Koala was a great experience.

  My ac stopped working and after reading many positive reviews on Koala cooling, I decided to give them a call. Robert Girod arrived and was professional and Knowledgeable. He explained how my system worked and the best maintenance tips. He provided quality service, However due to the repairs needed and the age of my ac and furnace I decided I needed a new system.
  Martin Perez of Koala Cooling provided me with options and fair pricing and advised the system could be Installed before the Texas heat arrived. I went with the recommendation and the crew he sent out for the install of the new system did so quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy that I went with Koala Cooling and would definitely recommend this company to anyone In need of a new AC system. They are amazing!
