I normally do not write reviews, but, I felt I needed too on this hotel. I don't know where to even begin. The lobby was shabby and out dated. Our room was just as bad. Out dated furniture, run down. Rugs very old. TV outdated. Rust in the bathtub. Running shower head. The sink only had hot water, cold wouldn't run. As you can see the sink was being held up by ply wood. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Receptacle falling out of wall. And that chair is just an example of what the other furniture looked like. The towels, were suppose to white , but, stained to the point that bleach wouldn't take care of it. Be warned to not stay here!!!

I booked a room for one night on Thursday August 24, 2017, exclusively for two beds nonsmoking. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one regular bed. After complaining, We were given a crude room with two small beds in a smoking room. Because of the late evening hour and a check of other hotels in the area being booked to capacity, we were forced to suffer a sleepless night of ferocious mosquitos.(the windows and screens did not close properly. A total dump".

Been staying here due to personal problems. It's been me and my children. Everything has been nice rooms are comfortable. But the house keeping staff is very rude and disrespectful.

I haven't even made it up to this hotel yet. I called about the're cancellation policy and was told over the phone there rooms cannot be canceled and are none refundable. I was told I should have called the hotel direct instead of booking through Expedia (which I didn't book though). I told him I did call and nothing was available, so I booked a room on orbitz, also that I wasn't looking to cancel at this time but I wasn't sure I could make the reservation due to work and was inquiring. He responded with "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR STORY, NO REFUNDS" and hung up the phone on me. I called back and got another associate named Hasan who told me that was his supervisor and he cannot give me his name or any other information and rushed me off the phone as well. I've never experienced anything like this with any hotel.

The beds suck, pillows were flat. Food left in the fridgeso what else didn't they clean??!!?? Bathroom has no fan so you suffacate while showering And smells linger.. nothing stays plugged in as the outlets we're worn out.. aggravating! had a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke bad. The breakfast was false advertising As there was none even tho there is a setup for it! See my pic! Don't stay here. It's a rip-off!

Even showing up late (around midnight) I managed to get a room, though I had to wait for the front desk attendant to unlock the front door. My room was pretty much what it said on the tin, though there were no outlets in any sort of reach of the bed, and close to $70 for a night is a little steep for Oswego. I didn't have any of the breakfast served, I didn't trust it not to be stale.

It is an adequate and affordable place to stay when you have to crash in Oswego. I think some reviewers are looking for 4-star hotels on the cheap or something? For the price and when in need, it has roomy and comfortable rooms to stay.

It served a purpose of a bed for us to sleep in between fishing expeditions. Centrally located. College town. Close bars within walking distance. Could use some serious updating. Not for squeamish people, men only.
