The place has been completely updated and remodeled, it now even offers a vegan breakfast for their guests, new furniture and a new lobby.

Very annoying staff at front desk! Stayed few days,got over charged for cancelation my stay, perforated ! They call it $75 per night , bed bugs like will never see,filthy bathroom.
Watch out for Crack heads.

I had stayed here a couple of years ago. I did like its locations and the price was right. I was very happy to see that it is all remodeled now and that it is much improved.New TV, Beds and Linens made the stay very pleasant, They even offer a wonderful continental breakfast now. It is a good motel to stay.

For the money this is a great place to stay close to the Beaches, Aventura and Downrown Miami. The hotel is clean and adequate. We also have had business partners stay there and they loved it. It is part of the North MIami reanaissance.

Miami on a string budget? I could not believe staying in Miami close to the Beaches for so little money. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean, I enjoyed the entire week, the place is safe and spacious. Fve stars from me.
