I will say it is a clean hotel. But when I asked for new wash clothes and towels I had to go front desk and ask again and he only gave me 1 wash cloth, he said they only had one and he would bring me the other one later and I never got it.
I asked for new wash clothes the next day and they said they didn't have any clean yet and he would bring them up when they get done, we never got them. Day 3 they brong up 2 towels 1 floor mat and 1 wash cloth for 2 people, again he said they only had one clean. I don't believe that. I will never stay here AGAIN.

I parked my car here while in Costa Rica for 18 days while Irma ravaged many placesI thought my car would be drowned, but I emailed the hotel and they said it was unhurt. so happy they emailed me with that news. otherwise I did not stay here.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Was a decent stay. Our 1st room though was right on the ground floor by the patio/BBQ area next to the pool, couldn't have our curtains open since there was always guest in that area. Asked to be moved the 2nd day and that was not an issue being moved. 2nd room had a bigger dresser and we could finally open our curtains and not have people looking in at us. 1 washer and 1 dryer was out of service, made trying to wash clothes a headache.

Jonathan, then person at the desk deserves a 5+. He went through this with me as a champion. As if he was the man in charge/major share holder/owner or super manager. But. First room the sink wouldn't drain, the second room had a broken lamp, no trash container in the kitchen, missing iron. He even tried himself to replace the lamp. And the pick up for the airport. 40 minutes wait. Sorry but this two things need to change. People can't wait 40 minutes for a pick up. IN MIAMI. OUTSIDE THE HOTTEST AIRPORT ever. Tell me when this is improving and I will be back.

Didnt realise had to order equipment. One child had to sleep on floor as bed settee not big enough for 2. No bedding for it either. 3 small pillows for 4 people. Fridge rattled all night. Remote for TV had no batteries. Breakfast basic but ok. One of worst budget accommodations
we have stopped in but not budget priced.

The room had writing in pen, pencil, and marker all over, even in the shower! The shower provided little to no water, taking a shower requires a lot of time just get your body soaked. The TVs had cable in the back but the connections were bad even after attempting to adjust the cable. Channels came in with static covering a lot of the picture. The kitchen came with no amenities such as flatware or utensils. Other extended stay hotels provide such conveniences as a base package compared to this hotel that wanted extra money just to provide plates and cups. The service at the front desk was good despite the appalling appearance of the room. The vending machines and ice machine worked, the water from the faucet was clean and drinkable too.

OMG THE STAFF WAS AWESOME ESPECIALLY THE STAFF ASHELY!!! SHE HELPED US A LOT SHES AMAZING IN ALL, SHE WAS VERY OPEN AND HELPFUL, ABD VERY UNDERSTANDING , I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AND ILL DEFINITELY REFER SOMEONE TO THEM!!!!! THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN , THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL.

This place is terrible don't stay here unless you have your only going over night. It's born in two days you're going to hate yourself you're far away from the beach and everything. For a layover it's great you're right by the hotel and there's a restaurants everywhere. I'm here for the next month the place smells like cigarettes. So when I cook in my hotel room the smell lingers for days and all my clothes reek whatever I cooked. Half the washing machines don't work. Parking is very annoying and my room key never works. I need to go to the front desk everyday to get it reset.

The hotel location was conveniently located near my CDL SCHOOL, the rooms were clean however the dishes were given to my room dirty and cracking. The staff was respectful. The workout room should be expanded and the three cardio machines there need to be replaced with newer and safer models.

Great hotel and great experience. My wife and I had a phenomenal time between the very helpful front desk staff and the clean rooms we had a great time. It's also conveniently located by the airport.
