We had an excellent experience with Kelly from Knight Plumbing. Our water heater died early on in the morning and my husband called around getting quotes & checking on availability. Kelly came to our house promptly and was professional and knowledgeable. We decided on a similar replacement water heater and Kelly went and got it and returned with all of the parts and tools that he needed. So, we had hot water again by nighttime.

Exceptional company. I had two issues that needed to be looked into, one was a busted spicket and the other was my hot water heater making weird noises. The plumber came promptly when scheduled, he was easy to talk to and got right to the issues. He was honest that I didn't have to incur any cost on the hot water heater issue, instead of trying to sell me unnecessary services, and he fixed the spicket promptly. He really went above and beyond. I trust Knight Plumbing and will continue to use them for all of my household issues that they handle. So glad I found them, they came highly recommended on Nextdoor as well. I've been looking for a company I can trust, and this is it.

When a pipe burst in my home. Knight Plumbing came out to do emergency on the evening of Christmas Eve. Additionally, due to the water damage, I was told by my mitigation company that my water heater needed to be removed in order to repair damage to the wall behind it. The estimates that I was getting to remove and reinstall my water heater from other plumbing companies was over $7,000. Knight Plumbing actually told me that my water heater was past warranty and not up to code, and they were able to replace my water heater completely for almost half as much as other plumbers were going to charge to remove and reinstall the same one. They were attentive and very communicative throughout the whole process. I would totally rehire if I need other plumbing repairs. They are familiar with my HOA and are able to adhere to any guidelines that they require. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Kelley was awesome. He took the time to troubleshoot the problem and never acted rushed. He was friendly and answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!). This appointment was easy to schedule with great communication from the office as well.

The Knight Plumbing Team were the first to pick up the phone and were out to the house the next day to repair our gas line. Kelly was awesome and very knowledgable. Highly recommend their team for your plumbing needs.
