After a slew of bad experiences with a other local Air conditioning companies that will go unnamed, I contacted Klondike. They were courteous and came out the next day. Their technician, Chris, was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and installed a new part. He made a few suggestions but never tried to sell me additional parts. Their fee was reasonable and a painless. I would recommend them any day and they now have my business. Dennis S

We have been a Klondike customer for over 20 years. Andrew, Chris, Richard and the rest of the team are true professionals. Responsive, timely and most importantly HONEST! They installed our current unit almost 20 years ago and have been doing preventive maintenance and cleaning twice a year for us through their Gold Club Protection Plan. We had an issue over the recent HOT holiday weekend and they went above and beyond, coming out on a day they were closed to take care of us.

Andrew and his crew were easy to work with and very professional. From the first call with Chris until the end of the day when the job was complete. It was a hot day and the guys spent a good portion of it in the attic but never complained. Andrew the owner, came by at the end of the day to make sure everything was up to his standards. I was so glad we chose Klondike after getting three bids. They really know what they’re doing and left the house the way it looked when they got here. No complaints.
