  We hired ID Construction to replace our condo association’s roof. They were fantastic to work with from the very beginning. They kept us informed on the schedule, were always on time and the workers were kind and respectful. They cleaned up everything and finished ahead of schedule. It was a perfect job!

  Great company!! Strongly recommend!! On time, very professional, and very responsive. The work was done fast, on time and to our highest expectations, and the crew cleaned the area every day before leaving. Denis is a very knowledgeable contractor and gave great advice on other unrelated issues that I had. We are very pleased and happy with the job done.

  In 2014, ID Flat Roof replaced our rubber membrane roof with a PVC roof. 7 years later and they still look like new (OK, they're dirty now). I like the reflective properties of PVC which helps keep the house cooler in the summer. In addition, they were able to put 3 inches of foam insulation under the membrane while doing the install for very little incremental cost which was an additional win on our 100 year old house. They were very professional and there were no surprises with the install. Shortly after the install we had to have them back when we decided to move the roof mounted compressors for our air conditioning to a more optimal location. They sealed the holes left from the old installation spots and due to the hot welding technology, there has never been an issue or any leaking at those spots or any where else on the roof. We have never regretted our decision to upgrade to a PVC roof or to use ID Flat Roof as our installer.

  ID Flat Roof had replaced my old leaky shingles with brand new architectural roof. They've gone above and beyond to repair damage found after old shingles were removed, they kept me informed constantly on the progress. Work was done quick and started on time. They cleaned up very well and were very careful with flower beds around the house. House looks brand new, and there were 0 leaks right off the bet.

  Great company.
  Honest, quick and professional. Reasonable price and fantastic product.
  Waited for over a year to leave the review: no leaks whatsoever and ice damns problem completely gone. Highly recommended, would definitely do business again.
