The need to make sure six people (including myself) were up and running on a new platform with new computers while working from home during the pandemic was managed seamlessly from start to finish with KJ Technology. From Adam and Mordy to Seth and Jeff to my go-to on call techies Anthony, Daniel, and Hancy, I had everybody on speed dial ,and they were always happy (or at least acted happy) to pick-up the phone and address my never-ending list of questions. Technology expertise is always welcomed, however, personalized 'high touch' service coupled with near 24/7 support is what makes this company rise above all others.

KJ Technology has a unique mix of professionalism and personable service.
Adam, Mordy and their team constantly stay ahead of the curve, have impeccable response time, posses a deep understanding of information technology systems and security, and are accommodating in their nature. As the Executive Director of non-profit, it was particularly special to see how seriously they took our mission and aimed to connect both to the cause itself enabling us to benefit from top-tier professional services while feeling that we had them as partners to our cause.
If google enabled 10 starts these guys would get it! Look no further.

KJ is a life-saver, literally. I have had the pleasure of working with them for almost 10 years. They are incredibly patient and, almost more importantly, very calming. They have talked me off the computer ledge more times than you can know. They have been through several new computers, a transition to Mac, a transition to a new email server, teaching me IPAD. I am a one-person consulting firm and previously was at a big investment bank. I was used to a big IT support system, so was sort of lost when i went out on my own. A friend recommended KJ and i am incredibly grateful. Everyone is uniformly great.
