Staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped me find what I was seeking. Took time to help me find appropriate size in several types of helmets. Large selection of all power sport equipment and safety gear.

At "Coyne Powersports" I truly had a wonderful expierence with my family. The employees will make you feel welcome and treat you the best. They will try to help you out in finding the vehicle that you need and want without any exceptions. If you have any concerns they will happily help you in understanding it. In our journey we had a wonderful lady named 'Juana' she will communicate you in a way that makes you feel comfortable, she answers all your questions, gives you the most accurate information, and will try her best to give you the best price. Also this place is very wide leading to a great amount of space and many areas they have like their store, vehicle area, lounge, and small RV lot. I really enjoyed it here and wouldn't doubt you will either and another thing don't forget to ask for 'Juana' to ensure you are able to get the price you like and have an expierence of a lifetime. - Vicente A. One of the most difficult aspects to buying vehicles, motorcycles, etc. is finding people you can trust. Look no further than Coyne right here! As a sales professional myself, with 10+ years of experience working in automotive sales & customer service, they’ve mastered how to deliver an exceptional buying experience from start to finish. From my salesperson (Bryan Alquijay), to the gentleman (James) who personally trucked my new bike OVER 130 miles to north county San Diego, while I was at work! I signed paperwork in the comfort of my own office, they had everything organized, clearly documented & answered all the questions I could muster up about the bike, operation, warranty, etc. I’m proud to consider myself a part of the Coyne Powersports family. Best of luck to the competition for this dealer and their staff, because they have really figured out how to set the bar! Special thank you to Kathy M. for referring me. With over a dozen dealers closer to my home base here in San Diego, they were able to get me the best deal, when I would gladly pay more for the Coyne service & experience alone.

MISLEADING RETURN POLICY. I purchased a dirt bike helmet at coyne powersports a couple weeks ago. I was not sure about the fit, so I was told I could return the helmet as long as I did not use the helmet.

Not true, apparently if they find any dust, a hair, or small scratches on the helmet they will tell you it is used even though it isn't imaginable anyone could use a dirt bike helmet while not sweating and not removing any of the tags. For all I know I could have purchased the helmet with these scratches. I asked if they could wipe off the dust the helmet had accumilated sitting in my car and it became obvious the they will fight you tooth and nail on any return.

It seems the employees are instructed to fight customers returning products contrary to what they will tell you is their policy. I would take your money elsewhere and save yourself the anguish of dealing with this company.

Took a little bit to get the ball rolling on some sales question through email, but once it got rolling I was happy with the friendly service. Travis and his staff worked with me on my purchase, they even delivered it to my front door. Unfortunately, my scooter was involved in an accident shortly after that. I contacted Travis about repairs, he responded back quickly with support and contact information to his parts manager (which he contacted me on how he could help). After a few days, Travis followed up on my status. Can't ask for better service than that. Thanks for everything Coyne Powersports.

Pretty bad customer service. I had scheduled a test drive with the intent to purchase a bike possibly that same day because I like supporting small businesses from my hometown. However, they said that they would get back to me shortly, yet they never called or emailed me back after saying they would. Which left me with my alternative option which was to head to San Diego to go to other more professional dealerships who actually want to sell their products and know what customer service is. Coyne powersports really needs to up there game. Otherwise, like myself, others too will go to other better dealerships who have the consumers wants and needs in their mind. They just lost out on sale.

I went in for a Kawasaki ninja to use in everyday purposes and the representative sold me a ninja 300. But i'm 6'2" tall and I weight 200 pounds. The bike is too small for me but before buying he said that the bike's pegs had adjustment for me to fit better. It was not true. I signed the contract and received the bike too small and I have a lot of back pain for the uncomfortable position. I went to talk to the manager and he said he couldn't do anything because it was a closed deal, even if the seller lied to me. If buying a bike with this dealer is your only option please do all the investigation on what specifications each bike has before trusting any seller. Also, the staff in charge of parts also is very rude and lazy. They don't know anything either.

I loved my purchase at first. Great salespeople that worked with my schedule and made the process a BREEZE. Zero complaints there, i got what i wanted and paid a fair price. HOWEVER..the follow through is unbearable. I cancelled my extended warranty that i purchased through them in december. No response. I tried again in January. No response. After speaking with management they helped me through the cancellation process and FINALLY paperwork was filed february 9th. Almost one month later I was told that by march 6th a check would be mailed to my credit union. I was then called march 8th saying the paperwork was recieved late, and that the "check is in the mail". It is now march 14th. Still no check. Over $1000 of my money is gone and no one at Coyne or rpmONE will give me an answer. If i want a response i have to call, even when im told they will call me back, they never do.

Once again the buying process was great, but they have the absoute worst customer service ive dealt with in a long time. Incredibly disappointed that such an awesome sales team would associate with such poor practices.
