Customer servicesales women and men are more common than a turkey on Thanksgiving. Clean store, Trained staff, large selection, and always a sales representative within 2 clothing racks away. a good feeling until you feel as if your only being watched. At 28 years old i have been a client of this store since they sold Specialized Bikes and camping gear. I can only guess people have taken advantage of them often. Everyone was wonderful to me but i think its time to hire one or 2 loss prevention agentsease the customer experience.notice i did not make myself anonymous. Love the store Drop a line for anything specific.

Went in during the Father's Day weekend, the staff was present, ready and willing to help us with anything we needed !!

Today I went in to the store to purchase my daughter some shoes.I must say to my surprise customers service was the worse..No one said hello can I help you or anything.. One young lady decided to follow us through the store ..as if we were unwelcome..needless to say I left without our shoes ..ugh
