They reported a bill to a collection agency without even telling me I owed the bill. They were still calling me for appointments I went in several times for cleanings, and nothing was ever said about a bill. Only when I asked about the letter I received did they even notice it on my account then had the nerve to ask for payment. A week later I was getting calls from collection and it had been negatively reported on my credit. Dr. Bolt is great but administrative department needs major improvements will not be referring anyone else or going back.

Dr. Bolt has been my dentist for the past 6 years. At each visit I am professionally attended. Usually it is routine cleaning. I am a stickler for hygienist who are gentle and actually get my teeth clean. The hygienist there have exceeded my expectations. They are on time, fast and efficient. And they are actually happy to see you. Dr. Bolt is the same way, he follows up and checks my teeth always leaving time to discuss with me any issues I may have.
I have needed 2 procedures that required Dr. Bolt to do. He was PAINLESS!! Wow was I impressed. He was calm and assuring as well. Always glad to discuss any tooth issues I had.
I feel I am in very good hands under his car with my teeth.response / report this review
