Receptionists are RUDE. Every exchange, even if it's just calling to get in for a check up, they are rude and cold and short. Forget about calling with a question about your sick kid, they make it clear they don't care about you or your child. The only reason we still go here is because we like Dr. Robertson.

Used to take my son here, due to bad advice from 2 of the doctors here I switched pediatrician. New doc couldn't see him for 2 weeks, Called to see if they could take my son for a physical, the receptionist was extremely rude and snotty. Told me they would not even consider seeing my son unless I switched back to them. No thank you. My advice..avoid at all costs

I give this place a three because Dr Newman was wonderful with my daughter but at the same time there nurses and the front desk ladies where so rude every time we came in and even on the phone they were rude. It made me not come back and to go to a different pediatrion
