Came to get demo skis to try different models. Found personel most helpful, competent and quick. My pair of boots was damaged/unsafe- they gave there own boots while repairing mine (both free of charge).Will come back again!

It is conveniently next to the mountain but wow those lift tickets are expensive from here. Do some research and get them cheaper elsewhere. Would not use again.

Spring break, they overbooked and there wasn't enough ski poles for everyone. But they have my money so they dont care.

The board and equipment I rented was fine and most of the employees were great. One, the guy who pulled the boards and set up bindings, just clearly didn't want to be at work or want anything to do with customers, however. I also went to the River Run location to adjust bindings and they were much more helpful.

Sloowww!!! Computers down and people that work there are not the best in customer service. Took forever and kind of ruins experience. Not enough employees to handle work. Very POOR management. Go elsewhere if you don't want a bad experience.
