  I have worked with many resort managers over the years but I can truly say that these folks go above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. I can trust that any property I would rent from them will be ready for occupancy. I just can't thank them enough for what they do. You need to use them if you want the ultimate experience.

  My family of 9 recently got together for a week in Breckenridge in a townhome rented by Breckenridge Resort Managers. We had used their services 4 years ago for a family reunion and were pleased with the home we rented and its facilities.
  
  Our vacation/reunion this year was another success. The townhome was attractive and well furnished. The kitchen supplies were more than adequate for our group and silver, glassware, and dinnerware were top drawer. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well supplied and offered good sleeping spaces. The younger members of the family were thrilled with the wifi strength. The deck faced mountain peaks that were absolutely gorgeous. We never tired of pulling up chairs and relaxing with this view.
  
  Breckenridge offers recreation and entertainment for all ages. Our group ( ages 5 to 81) found plenty to do including hiking, biking, sightseeing and rafting. There are many interesting restaurants and shops that cater to all ages of shoppers.
  
  We have found Breckenridge Resort Managers to be very professional and helpful with any questions that arose during our stay. We hope to return to Breckenridge and we will certainly use their services again.

  Breckenridge Resort Managers has managed our condo since 2012. Toby and Lauretta are conscientious, reliable, and professional (besides being very nice people). I know that my guests will be taken care of very well and will leave happy. They are a great resource for maintenance issues that come up, which is particularly helpful as we live out of state. My husband and I are very pleased - couldn't ask for more!

  We purchased a second home in Breck this past summer, and after interviewing several management groups were very impressed with Toby and Lauretta at Breck Resort Managers. They have gone out of their way to assist us as we set up the house and prepared it for this season - especially important to us since our primary home is out of state. They are friendly, fair, local, and really care about their partners and the homes they oversee.

  Breckenridge Resort Managers is a professional company with a small town personal touch. Toby and Lauretta are fantastic and very responsive to all my needs. I am in my second season as a condo owner with them and have nothing but fantastic things to say about their personal service and exceptional care.
