They have great prices on good quality stuff. There are even lower end items if you are only in town for a week and don't want to spend a fortune on outer wear, snow boots or hiking shoes. Skip Wal-Mart and hit Columbia instead!

Great customer servicevery nice selection and good prices. Stopped at two different outdoor stores before finding this and the difference in price was huge. Insread of one pair of pants we bought 4 pair, 1 jacket and a pair of shoes for under $300..

Good prices on a great selection of items. Offered a coupon for an online purchase of an item that wasn't available in the correct size in store. Rewards program was easy to sign up for and given the amount of money you'll spend even with everything on sale it makes a lot of sense, and the rewards program also gives free shipping which is also handy with the aforementioned discount.

Went to the Columbia Outlet to purchase new ski pants/bib and jacket for my growing 6-year old daughter. Selection in her size was limited (XS) but still found grow-with bib and an XS jacket - not necessarily in the colors that I would have chosen (bright purple bibs and bright pink jacket) but my daughter loves them and easy to find her on the slopes. They were both 50% off lowest price. Plus my mother had stopped at the outlet's visitor center across Blue River Pkway and gotten a $20 off (if > $100) coupon plus a 10% off total coupon. They allowed us to use both coupons ($20 off first then 10%) so we saved a lot on the ski clothing plus a few additional items for myself and my mother. Overall a great experience - got what I was looking for plus a little bit more - for what I think (hope) is a good price.

The staff I dealt with were fantastic. There was a lady working on the floor that went above and beyond to help me. They were short on larger size jackets and she went online searching for them without me asking to see if I could order something. She also ran in the back multiple times while I was there for me and others to see if she could find a size laying around without seeming annoyed (which I've seen at other retail stores often).

Overall, good store, great staff, and the prices were great too.
