Great atmosphere, convenient location, good beer. Most of the beers are excellent, some are just okay. Beers are super cheap compared to standard microbrew pricing.

Solid brews on the cheap in a great setting with awesome views of the Portage. No food so stop by for an early nightcap after filling up elsewhere.

I enjoy the Red Jacket by KBC, prices were good. Bring your own food is a cool option. A bit "hipsters" for my taste

Atmosphere is laid back, beautiful view of the portage canal bridge. The beer was decent. Two bars divided on two sides of the building, very spacious. Great patio. Not dog friendly even on the patio, which is just sad if your dog is well behaved. Carry in food only, no kitchen. Pop corn for purchase online. Farmer's market out back on certain days, 3-6pm.

KBC. They have really good beers and trendy crowd. It is popular with mtu students.

I've been going to the KBC for years, and it always been great. Very casual relaxed atmosphere, especially during the off peak hours. It's the perfect place to grab a pint and play some cards or just hang out.

The beer is always great, and pairing that with Pizza works from next door is always a good combination.

A must visit if up in the Keweenaw. Real neat atmosphere in a real neat town. Feel free to bring your own food in or get it delivered. They are real relaxed and accommodating. Cheers to KBC.
