I would have given Kelly Services a 5 star rating but I had a rough time getting my paycheck changed into a direct deposit transaction when I first started my assignment through them. I will say, however, that Phil and the rest of the team clearly took responsibility for the mix-up and it was eventually corrected. I've always been paid on time since then. I honestly feel like the staff is readily available to bounce ideas off them and it feels great to know they genuinely value my input and recognize my worth!

My encounter with Kelly Services has always been amazing. I have used them over the last few years. They always helped me find a job, and were so kind that they even checked up on how im doing while at the job. It was tough one year because I relied on the puplic bus I had no car, but still they worked with me. I know Kelly Services gives 110 percent in helping others. Thank you.

Anyone who don't know about subsidies the state pays to this or any temp agency here is the gist of it. As long as this company has you on file you are "employed" by them. The state pay's companies through taxes if the company is a "job creator" they offer you jobs in other county's hoping you'd say no. So every year they bump up the availability of jobs they post so you apply to their temp agency. Thus, a big payday the beginning of the year. The best way to counter this is to pull out your application and contact the IRS. This is where you make the decision and think to your self should I be getting paid or should this company benefit off me.

I recently had the pleasure of going through Kelly Services (Bellingham) when I had trouble getting called back from countless places I applied. They reached out to me and had me come in for an interview. All in all they were professional and truly there to help me. I tend to be picky about jobs and Amy was more than happy to find other options. I would also like to mention I was given feedback on how my answers might be setting me back. Not only did they help find me work, but they schooled me on how to answer the hard questions and stand out in an interview.

This company cares a great deal about their employees. From the time you step foot into there office until your business is concluded, they make you feel valued and important. I have worked for other agencies and have never been treated as well as Kelly treats their employees. The entire staff is extremely professional even the branch manager was helping. She was so polite and made sure that everyone in the office knew of my situation. I have full confidence that this agency will the best I've worked for. Hands down this is the best agency in Bellingham

This company has poor communication with their employees. They do not pay you when they assure you that you will be compensated for your hard work. I recommend that nobody work for this crooked, backwards agency.
