  The frequently forget to tell me my prescriptions are ready and have several instances where they have been delayed contacting my doctor so I didn't get my prescriptions on time.

  A pharmacist refused to acknowledge me (ethnic minority) standing in line, and instead took the next customer after me (Caucasian). Generally ok store that aside.
