I'm a Nissan Girl! I visited Kelly Nissan looking to upgrade my vehicle. Mike Hatchett was my salesperson, I shared with him what I wanted in a new Nissan Rogue, and he listened I have the perfect vehicle, fully loaded, I love it. I received great customer service and I'm glad that I switched to Kelly. I received two follow-up calls one from my salesman Mike and one from the customer service manager Laverne, both calling to check in on me and my new vehicle. Thank you guys!

The best car buying experience I have encountered. Being able to complete most of the work before walking into the dealership saved me hours. My salesperson, Taijah McBurney, was very professional and assisted me throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Kelly Nissan and will make future purchases.

I got amazing service and the car that fits me perfectly. Worked with Mike Hatchett who was great! Very patient, laid back and not pushy like all the others. He listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford and made it happen, without any additional stress. This was my 5th dealership and I drove out in a new vehicle that day. My experience at Kelly Nissan was amazing and better than I could ever imagine. Taijah (sales)and Ricardo(finance) made sure I got the car I wanted. It was no false promises. I paid a low down payment and I was driving. They had great customer service and compassion. Kelly Nissan is highly recommended.

I so love Tajah here at Kelly Nissan. She has such a wonderful, Positive and uplifting spirit. She cares for her customers she's patient honest and go over and beyond to help you and the right fit & price range. After the horrible experience I had yesterday at World Hyundai waiting for 5 hrs alone, had to ask for water after sitting for 3 hrs. Wasn't shown any cars nor test drive a car. Everything happens for a reason. I was blessed with Tajah who kept her word & got me the car just right for me, without hours of waiting, also offered beverage. If your considering getting a car Kelly Nissan is the place ask for Tajah she is highly recommend

My experience at Kelly Nissan was truly AMAZING!!! They treat you with respect as if you're family. My sales associate Taijah is an expert she's very knowledgeable and advised me of options that was affordable for me. I gave her my budget and she stayed well under my budget. She's superb! 10 thumbs up to Kelly Nissan and 20 thumbs up to Taijah!!!!

The sales team was helpful, friendly, offered accurate and relevant information about what I was looking for, and they did not exercise hard pressure to compel me to decide to purchase a vehicle from them. I had quite the experience at Kelly Nissan A handful of issues arose during the first week after I purchased my car. I have to admit that I didn't feel like I had been well taken care of. I wasn't the first or last to feel this way after buying a car, I suppose it can happen easily enough. However, I was left with a far more lasting impression by the way the General Manager, Dave, followed up with me. He called me a couple days after learning the details of my troubles and apologized for my grief. He explained that he was taking measures to ensure that other people didn't have to experience the same problems I did. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of in the end.

Mistakes happen Kelly Nissan owned it and made it right. What else can you ask for?

I don't really know where to put this email because this wasn't directly related to Kelly Nissan but Nissan in general. I purchased my car at Kelly Nissan.

I currently lease and have been perfectly fine with payments. I unfortunately lost my job and was unemployed for two months while keeping contact with Nissan. Nissan literally could not care any less about what I was going through: they kept telling me to just give up my car. I was trying to make payments and work something out and they just kept telling me there is nothing they can do. I will never, ever lease or purchase a Nissan vehicle or step foot in a store ever again. I can understand if I wasn't calling to try to make payments or partial payments at the beginning of the month and the rest at the end but I tried. Worst customer service and ATTITUDE I have ever received. Even Comcast representatives are better and that's saying something!!!!!

Shop around different dealership in Chicago, this by far the best dealer. Customer service is awesome, financial department are very helpful and sales is excellent. Taijah very good sales rep and she has very good taste in cars. She show me 5 different cars that are very good, I pick a very quality car. I love this dealership. You should try it, even if it your first new car experiences. It will be worth it and make sure you see Taijah. She will hook you up!!

Excellent service! Taijah was our sales rep. She is an excellent sales rep. She went above and beyond. She knew every answer we had questions about. The car was pulled up and ready for us when we got there. We had the Kelly Blue Book value with us when we got there and Tony the Deal Manager gave us what we wanted. Steve the Finance Manager was thorough fast and very friendly. Everyone working there was kind and friendly. I highly recommend them. We will definitely be doing business with her again!

I was dreading going to the dealership because I knew I needed a new transmission and this a new car. I entered the service department and was greeted by Ebonee who was amazing. We cracked jokes and she is one of those people you want to get to know. Since I needed a new car, I went to the only salesman I trust, Laird. I told Laird exactly what I wanted and within about 30 minutes, I was testing driving my new car and was approved by the time I came back from the test drive. My husband and I have bought 5 cars from Kelly Nissan and wouldn't go anywhere else. If your looking for a great car buying experience and a trustworthy salesman, go see Laird (Larry) at Kelly Nissan.
