The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Rick Holland and Mike was wonderful! I sincerely enjoyed the Experience and deal. Rick was very knowledgeable on the Atlas. I would definitely recommend the dealership.

We are loving our Passat. Mikaela Hill is the ultimate reason we decided to purchase from Keffer as we had looked at other dealerships. She made everything so easy and she was great at following up with us. Highly recommend!

I have never had an easier experience buying a car. We worked with Senior Sales Consultant, Brian Wiles. Brian outdid our local dealership on the price of the car and the value of our trade-in. To top it off, he had the car delivered!! I would highly recommend this dealership and Brian. Work with them in-person or over the phone. Either way, you will not be disappointed!!

Frank made the entire experience of me buying my first car amazing! He was very honest and helpful with everything. He is all around a great man. Everyone that works at Keffer was nice and smiled when they spoke and could get you to where you needed to be. I will be recommending them to people for years to come. They have gained a lifelong client.

We were looking for a newer car so finding the right model was difficult. Doing some online requests and searching, we found Keffer VW had the one we wanted so we reached out. They were able to put the car in a hold status until we could get there (we weren't local) and had started a lot of the paperwork before we arrived. Austin answered plenty of questions beforehand and spent plenty of time with us showing us all the new bells and whistles on the car, setting up our phones, seats, displays and such before we left. Everyone was nice and personable. We had been to at least 5 other dealerships on our search over the last couple weeks and we turned off another make of car because the salesman was awful. They already sent us our new permanent plate in the mail and have followed up to see if we have any questions after driving it for a couple weeks. Very happy.

We had an exceptional experience at Keffer VW! We purchased a CPO Jetta. It was super clean. We searched for weeks all over NC and this was easily the best deal. Austin Floyd was very kind and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We live in Raleigh and Austin even offered to have the car delivered to our door. We ended up riding down late one Saturday to test drive it. Everything was ready upon arrival. The purchase process was quick and simple. Austin even stayed after hours to ensure everything went smoothly. Again, great experience. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a new Golf at Keffer and had a great experience, Jeff Hayden got me a very fair deal and helped the whole process to go smoothly and even helped me to locate and bring in the exact car that I wanted from a different dealership. I've also owned a VW in the past and had it serviced here at Keffer and would fully recommend their service and parts department to anybody. Certainly the place to go if you're looking for a VW in the area.

This was my first experience with Keffer Volkswagen, and it was first class from start to finish. Rick Holland and team were all very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to get me where I needed to be on the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. My last vehicle purchase was 10 years ago, so this is not something that I do very often. The employees at Keffer made this a great experience.

We recently bought a vehicle from Keffer Volkswagen and ended up buying the first vehicle that we looked at. The people at Keffer always seemed interested in making sure it was the right vehicle for us rather than just making a sale. After we purchased the vehicle it turned out that the ac compressor had a problem and Keffer fixed it at no additional cost, even though the vehicle had been listed for sale as is.
The whole process was simple and easy as they were family friendly and took the stress out of car buying.response / report this review -

From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. Joe was so thorough and thoughtful and open to all of my questions. He worked very hard to get me the best deal and left no stone UN-turned in the process. I'm still beside myself with the genuine quality of service that I received.
