  Great company, fast response time, tyler was awsome and exsplained what was wrong with ac and what he replaced. Very kind. Were very greatful you guys came out to fix it on such short notice thank you soo much! We would recommend this buisness highly

  Our air conditioner had a loud noise inside, and so I had to turn it off, I called 5 other heating and cooling companies before Kaw valley and the day was a Friday, and no one was able to squeeze me in till next week, and it was going to be in upper 80s and 90s through the weekend, so then I called Kaw Valley and the lady told me she would be able to squeeze us in between 2 n 4, but would need to call me back cause she was driving, when she called me back, she asked if our air was on and I told her no, she said ok let me see if I can move some appointments around and get you in earlier, they where able to come at 1, had to find part, and came back by 4 and installed it! I was so happy that they took the time to think of my family and the hot weather coming over the weekend and got us taken care of! Our house gets full sun after 2 and today before ac was working our house was already at 85 degrees and that's with all the curtains closed, and windows closed and fans running in every room! Thank you Kaw Valley Heating and Cooling, I will have a good cool night sleep! I know who to call next time we need work done on our furnace or AC!

  responded quickly to an email (I emailed Sunday evening, they called me back within a half hour to get me scheduled), came out within 24 hours, the technician was on time and very professional. They communicated with me exactly what was going on with my system and accomplished the repair I needed without trying to upsell me any services or products. Highly recommend!

  KVHC removed our large condenser so we could re-grade the ground where it sat on the side of our house. We did have a little miscommunication on when technicians would be on site though this wasn't a necessarily time sensitive job, my only (albeit) small ding.
  
  Work was completed quick, the tech was obviously comfortable with the task at hand and our system has been working great for two months and had no issues keeping up with the lovely blast furnace we call home. New copper pipes installed look great, quality job and will definitely recommend KVHC to friends, family and we'll use them again.

  Our heater quit working one winter night and Kaw Valley Heating and Cooling quickly sent a technician to our house after hours. He had the problem fixed within 20 minutes, ensuring that our family stayed warm.
