My sister and I had a wonderful experience with Kathy and her daughter. As soon as I called Kathy and we met at the property, Kathy knew exactly who to call to get repairs done very quickly and all three people she called showed up the same day she called while we were all still at the house, very, very impressive. Each and everyone of them was very professional and tended to the task and repairs immediately. I can’t say enough good things about Kathy she is definitely the one to call if you have property to sell, I haven’t had the experience of purchasing anything through her yet.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to do this one, with that said I will start off with Knowledge- Right from the start after completing her viewing of my property Mrs. Kathy had a plan of attack to complete all the repairs need in order to make my property an eye catching showing to see once we went live to show, and I tell you the showing did better than ever. She had all the contacts needed to help and all I had to do on my end was have the funds. Budget -Mrs Kathy made sure we didn’t over spend on items needed to complete all repairs needed and followed up with all the repairs making sure they were done correctly and didn’t mind addressing any issues with the workers.That gaveI me a great comfort being I live in another state. She done such a great job that when the property went live we had a buyer in seven day. If any family or friends asked for my recommendation for a good realtor in the Virginia area I would highly recommend Mrs Kathy Worthen at BHHS Town Realty.
