Place is straight up a dump, constantly turning off water without notice, park manager is a serious tool. Next to no water pressure. They've raised lot rent 3x in just over 2 years. No play ground, no basketball court, no gym, no pool, no laundry, no amenities at all. Does not warrant price hikes, they don't up keep the property at all, always trash floating around and broken glass on park streets.

Horrible place to be, constantly call the office and maintenance to have things done and nothing gets done! They will tell you they did it already but 2 days later it’s the same problems. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I bought my trailer and moved in here in 1996. Got married raised 2kids n still live here. I've never had any problems with any of the owners, park managers, neighbors or nothing. Until now and all of a sudden I've got money disappearing, being overcharged and money orders disappearing and mysterious charges all of a sudden just show up in march from October and late fees since then even though I never gotta bill before April when got an eviction notice for 936.00 and a court date for 2 weeks away. Idk why the manager is harassing me but I really wish someone would make it stop!! Please!! After 26 yrs and she's the 9nlything new that should tell everyone that the problem is with her not me and she enjoys harassing me and throwing people out with nowhere to go and she just gets away with it.

Was brought in as a roommate and b4 I was added to the lease my roommate disappeared. She told me to just fill out my own lease and pay the app fee and the months rent (April) and I could stay. I did as I was told then the next month I was $90 short on rent (during the covid outbreak) she then told me at the end of may that my app was rejected due to credit (I bought the trailer outright) so that made absolutely no Sence. She tried to get an emergency eviction and the judge sided with me. Then the week after she applied for an emergency eviction again and the summons magically disappeared off my door so she won. Then she took possession of a trailer that she did not own so that I couldn’t sell it. Property manager is nothing but a slime ball. She has also been known to take people’s rent paid with money orders and fill them out to herself and pocket the money. Would not recommend dealing with her. She is guilty of fraud and needs to be in jail.
