Great place for sushi in West Hollywood. We eat here twice. Good food and great atmosphere!

On the weekends it is hard getting a table. I recommend to always make a reservation.
They have outside sitting, inside bar and also a larger portion of the restaurant is actually in the back, where you can see the chefs.
Drinks are good, the food is delicious, although it takes a along time to come out to the table. I think the Miso soup is a bit pricey.
Love this place. Chic, yummy and although the music is mellow, you will not get bored since it is easy meeting people here.

This restaurant is quite hip. The decor is very unique and the servers are very nice.
The portion of the food is not as big so be aware, but the wine selection is quite delicious. We've had a course of food and they were all yummy. Its location in West Hollywood precedes its reputation because you'll see a lot of dressed up people coming out for dinner at this spot. The food takes a bit to come out as well so expect to be here at least an hour.response / report this review -

Delicious food. Great customer service! Chef Raul Salinas was outrageous!!! We let him pick all of our dishes and they were all great choices. Great atmosphere. Definitely will return.

Josh was great, very attentive. Great atmosphere, and amazing food. The garden salad was the most flavorful I've ever had and the 8oz New York steak was tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. You have to try this restaurant!!

Great food! But a LONG wait even if you call in the order. I have a place in Playa del Rey and will drive there if I'm in town. I love the #2 with brown rice (Teri chicken plate + mac or potato salad + amazing salad). I didn't give it 4 stars only because it's in a creepy neighborhood + the LONG wait.

Hip spot with average eats. Spent $600 for 5 people (2 birthdays) and they had the nerve to charge $40 for 2 "birthday" plates. 1 scoop of ice cream and a sparkly candle. Probably will never go back, food is just not worth the money. Much better Sushi all over Hollywood.

This place is crazy overpriced. The food was good but man I won't be coming back cause it ain't THAT good, not for the price. These waiters must be making bank off tips here just because of the overpriced food and drinks. Forget going to school to be a doctor or lawyer, just become a waiter at katana. These guys probably get paid more hourly than I do just serving sushi. Good grief. Good food, but not justifiable. Just my opinion.

WTF, this place has the baddest drinks. I had a smoked apple wood old fashioned. It was outstanding my husband had oysters and she was satisfied. Better than most places I have been too, you have to check this place out. By the way the chicken wings are crazy good!!!!
