Trying to buy something and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I called the a different location looking for help and she said she would call over there and try to reach a manager and asked me to call back. I waited 20 minutes and called back, but apparently they cannot take orders over the phone. I explained I could have a messenger COME THERE to pay and once again I asked the Manager to call me to set this up. The lady actually said I was RUDE to the manager there and they would not call me a back. I was totally shocked since I made it very clear that I have yet to get thru to the other location to be rude, nice or even indifferent! NO ONE answered there!!! She replied, "Well you are being rude to me!" and told me they would not call me back. HOLY MOLY Seriously???? Are you kidding me?

Staff is wonderful, and some awesome spooky supplies! Clothing is cute - but material is cheap so be weary of the stiff T-shirt material. If material is soft, you’ll most likely be paying a pretty penny for it.
Despite that, I do love the spell books and journals, and creepy decor and trinkets! Good place to shop for your local witch✨response / report this review -

Great store with all manner of Halloween/horror merchandise. Decorations, books, movies, collectibles and more are available. Just watch the prices; there are better deals to be had on many items.

Amazing selection and we'll organized. Great atmosphere. Not a warehouse store, but a place where the management and staff really get into the spooky stuff.

It's an interesting place. Lots of scary stuff and movie memorabilia. My husband loves it but it's just not my cup of tea. You're not allowed to take pictures inside but if you've ever been side of Halloween store it's kind a like that but without the chaos. If your scared don't go in there. Definitely a great place to find creepy things though.

It was a really good Halloween store, but I would NOT reccomend bringing small children or easily frightened people here. It is so scary! But they had great prices and a wide range of Halloween decorations. Any one who loves Halloween will love this store.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. There is no place like it. Go there even if you are not looking to buy aything. Just being thre is such a treat!

Wow what a fantastic place. No words for halloween fans, just jaw dropping from the minute you walk in there. Definitely the best store I've been to for this holiday, and so many great decorations and ideas to use for next year. Can't wait to be back!

Coolest store around. All halloween/horror movie/show merchandise, and it's available here all year long. Plan to spend a while in the store if it's your first visit. So much to look at.

Where else can you find a more fully stocked year round Halloween store. This place is awesome even if you're just browsing. Tons of costume options and accessories along with excellent home decor items. Check out the other related locations along Magnolia Blvd.
