The food was great, my server was friendly and I️ wasn’t rushed. Only down side was that no one from the show was there! Next time I’m in town I️ will definitely be back. Thanks for a great meal!

If you’re a fan of Vanderpump Rules then this is a place you have to go to. Food is very good, both meals I’ve has here have been delicious. Cocktails are good, although I would avoid the happy hour ones as these aren’t as nice as the others. Service is friendly and efficient

This kills me to leave 2 stars. I love the show, so as a special surprise my husband made reservations for dinner and we drove from San Diego just for dinner with our 7 year old and 5 year old (we live in Jacksonville Fl). The waitress was a sweet heart, attentive, and patient. The food was oddly cold (fried goat cheese balls and crispy chicken).
I think the most disappointing was my husband asked (a couple times) if Max could take a quick photo (mainly to make the wife, me, happy). We waited patiently (until our girls were sound asleep) at the table, but he never came. We waited about 25 minutes, and then got up to leave and Max walked right by us. I get restaurant (we've owned one, not of this empire but still). It wasn't a busy night for them, especially the day after Thanksgiving, so I was quite disappointed and my poor husband who planned this felt horrible.

We admittedly went just because of the show, but I have to say I was impressed. I had the goat cheese balls and a pork chop and everything was great. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere was really nice.

Generous portions, good choices, service good. Bathroom questionable Not sure I used the one for patrons? Husband said his was an abomination.. And we are not picky people
Decor of restaurant very fun and beautiful. The lounge side more so Wish we had vistited there.

Was looking so forward to date night with my husband. Last night in California. Made reservation confirmed. Arrived and it was closed due to technical difficulties. Missed dinner :(. An email or call to cancel reservations would have been nice

I was really disappointed by my recent visit to SUR. Without boring you with a very long review. Basically;
The service was really non existent, waters were never filled up / replaced. It seem like we were more of a bother. Always had to ask or catch the waiter to get any form of attention.
The food though was good.

We had the best waiter, Josh. He was so sweet, positive and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. The restaurant was beautiful. We were there for a birthday dinner for my niece who was visiting from NY. The server dropped her dish of pasta in the kitchen so she had to wait ten minutes for her food while we all ate. I'm surprised they didn't comp her dessert or something.

We had reservations for 3 on a Tuesday night for 7:30. The place was half full I would say. I had the rib eye which was great. And the desert were also great. My only wish was the appetizer of goat cheese balls should have come with more then three for that price. The waiter was super polite and attentive.

We had the Ahi Tuna and Couscous Appetizer, one if the few sharable appetizers. We had a good waiter and he recommended what was a sharable appetizer. For dinner we had the Chilean Sea Bass special and Pork Chop entrees. The Sea Bass was excellent and the Pork Chop was above average. I had not expected it to be this good based on some previous reviews. But we had a great meal. We had one of the house Chardonnay wines and really enjoyed it as well. We always ask for a taste of the wines before we order a glass of something that we may or may not like.
Wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly as well. Not pretentious at all.
We had a great time and would recommend SUR.

Yeah, DELICIOUS. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I'm always satisfied! Last night I ordered the Zataar chicken and I will definitely be ordering that again. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very kick back and the staff is accommodating. I also like the fact that they're open 'till 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.

I loved the decor/seating/lighting! Our server Brooke was less than friendly however I was excited to try the goat cheese balls and there were only 3 of them, and they were tiny! 😭 So sad!! Other that that, it really was gorgeous! Loved the fresh flower smell!

Haven't been here YET but I will definitely visit. Giving 5 stars because of the professionalism and attentiveness that Nathalie exudes. It's nice to see owners responding and caring about their customers. Keep it up =)

The place is nicely decorated . The music in lounge area was really loud. I think the quality of the food wasn't that great for the price you pay. I had steak and it was very chewy and dry even though I asked for mid- r! My husband had tuna, again it was just ok nothing special. You can eat much better quality and tasty food for the price you pay in this place. Service was not that great. They never checked to see if we need anything and not even re-fill out water! I understand you may want to go for being in the happening place but don't go for great food experience. Maybe a drink and people watching

This was our second visit to SUR and although we didn't think we could like it any more than the first, we did. We try to stop her before heading home to Missouri as our last hoorah. On this trip, we were doing a college visit for my 17 year old daughter who dreams of working at SUR while she is in school. SUR was a great way to end a fabulous trip. The blackberry cobbler and ice cream is a MUST for desert. Our waitress Georgina was the sweetest young lady! She was very knowledgeable regarding the menu options and made excellent suggestions for pairings. The table next to us had a seven year old with whom Georgina developed sweetest rapport. The little girl even asked for her phone number so she could babysit her next time she goes to Colorado. The father was a little disgruntled when he first arrived to the restaurant but she immediately "turned that frown upside down". :) KUDOS to Georgina and her great service! SUR, you are a class act!
