Huge variety of great Indian food. Great service. Upscale place but still a good place to bring your family.

Really good indian food. Probably the best in Redmond. Sometimes there is a wait but its more than worth it and you can leave with smell when you get home but also worth it.

Decent food and good service - I recommend going for the lunch buffet so you can try several different items and find what you like. Sadly some of the sauces seem so similar to a few other nearby restaurants that I fear they are possibly commercial mixes and not homemade fair like the really stand-out Indian food from smaller establishments.
Still the service was very good and it's a nice place for a filling buffet lunch.

Kanishka is the best Indian in Redmond! We usually get take out and the place is always packed. Take out takes a consistent 30 min so as long as you are aware you can time the pick up and not wait long. The food always comes out hot and delicious. We love the garlic naan and Indian butter chicken. Giving it 4 stars not 5 because of how crowded it can get which also slows down the service when eating in.

High quality Indian food in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very upbeat and pleasant. They have a vast menu at reasonable prices. I was surprised at the excellent quality; the flavors and aroma are spot on. The restaurant truly feels like you are going out to dine: the tables are fully decked out and covered. You get a linen napkin as well as a paper one. The staff is quick to remove dirty dishes, refill water and drinks as well as offer you more of whatever you may desire. I had a wonderful experience and I urge anyone in the area to try this fantastic Indian restaurant.

Very good selection of Indian dishes in the familiar buffet style during lunch (I've not visited during dinner time yet). Vary flavorful, and satisfying. The staff are efficient, and courteous. Arrive around 11:30 to avoid the rush at lunch. Lots of parking spaces, but do your part and park neatly.

I think it is hard to rate an Indian restaurant unless you have tried every dish. I have eaten a lot of Indian food around the world and I'll rate the few things I just ate:
Veggie Samosas: 6 of 10. Good, but nothing special.
Chicken Korma: 9 of 10. Among the best I've had
Plain Naan: 10. The perfect balance of fluffy, chewy AND crunchy.
Table Chutneys: 2 of 10 These were the standard tamarind and spicy green. Unfortunately they were both very bad. Really simple/bland flavors. They tasted like something you might get in the freezer section.

    Service was excellent.

Since they moved locations years ago, this place has improved leaps & bounds! The lunch/brunch buffet is off the hook amazing! Tons of vegetarian choices Love the variety! A lot more than other Indian restaurants The dishes are also very tasty

The only caveat: very busy! Parking may be a challenge But worth the trip!

I usually go here for buffet on weekends. Love the taste and the variety. Authentic Indian taste, without the situation where all curries have the same gravy.

One of the most popular Indian restaurants on the Eastside. Stands out for authentic flavorful food and good service. Gets very crowded on weekends.

Great food, friendly staff. I'm here pretty much weekly for the buffet. It's the only Indian buffet in the area I've enjoyed. Large vegetarian selection at the buffet, 3 meat dishes. Delightful. Warning: often spicy.
