The service was impeccable and we were accommodated in our request for a Lakeview seat and the wait staff were exceptionally patient with us and discreet until we were ready to order. The view is lovely and the food was great value for money. I had the cider pork chops and the missus had the wings. The loaf that came complimentary was salted perfectly and crusty. Delicious and hot on a cold December morning. The pork chops were tender and hit the spot. Loved it and we will be back!

One of the finest customer service establishments that you can find. Here's the deal, it's a family style restaurant that you can go into with ripped jeans and a t-shirt, or if you just came from a meeting in a shirt and tie. The food is well above-average, but the best part is that the answer is always yes. I always have very particular ordering requests and customizations and they are perfectly accommodating 100% of the time. They have a rewards program that is actually rewarding and not a scam. It's actually quite incentivizing. I'm often surprised with a $20 off reward that has been sitting on my account. It's kind of like finding the $20 bill in your jeans pocket that's been sitting in your closet for a year. Overall they do a terrific job, the food is predictable, high-quality, and the pricing is reasonable. The wait staff is impeccably trained to accommodate you and over the many years that we have been going there since they opened, you will find the same familiar faces working there which indicates they are good to their employees. During the summer we eat there twice a week, even sometimes more. In the winter we still eat their very frequently. They are located right along a snowmobile trail and they welcome people to arrive in their snowmobiles. Lots of fun to memories of time with friends and family there. I highly recommend it!

Fresh, hot, homemade food with reasonable portions, a little pricey for what you got, though. Turkey dinner was tasty, although I would have enjoyed it better if it wasn't just breast meat. Hot, fresh loaf of bread included. Nice arrangements of booths and tables to accommodate any size group. We had seven and they had a booth that would easily accommodate 8. Servers were attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Friendly staff overall. Kid's burger and fries had a little too much seasoning for our 6 yo.

Part of the small chain of casual but high quality restaurants. I've been to many of these and this one has the addition of a Cactus Jack's so there's great Mexican dishes as well. Lively but not too noisy, fantastic service, and the food is delicious! Always fresh and home made, I eat at this chain frequently. I recommend it highly.

I have never had a bad meal, or even a mediocre one, at T-Bones and their customer incentive program is the best anywhere. My only complaint is they have discontinued their heavenly broccoli cheddar soup. It was simply to die for.

Waited a LONG time for our food (40 minutes). Which would have been ok if the food had been worth it, or the service, for that matter. My salad was forgotten until the entree came, but I said I would take it anyway. It was watery, so none of the dressing stuck to it and it was tasteless. Mashed potatoes were also tasteless, but could have been upgraded to "loaded" for a few dollars more. We had a $30 rib eye that was so fatty that of the original 16 ounces, probably 10 were edible. The prime rib was tasty. The sauteed mushrooms were also good. We had a lot of inedible food left on the table however, and when asked if we wanted it wrapped, we declined. The waitress said she relayed our concerns to the manager, and that the manager said to tell us "Sorry". We never saw or spoke to a manager, however, which was surprising. Won't be back, and won't recommend.

Great food after reasonable prices. Their friendly staff makes you feel comfortable right away. Steak House upstairs, Mexican eatery downstairs. A great stop for the family. Many nearby attractions.

The outside deck overlooking the big lake is quite nice. The wait staff is always respectful and pleasant to deal with. Prices are ok for what you get. You pay for quality.

Waited 40 minutes and nobody ever showed up to take our order. Several servers passed our table and none even asked if we needed something. Made direct eye contact with our server numerous times and he never came to even get our drink order. Horrivle service, won't be returning.

The staff is excellent. The food is really good. I do wish they'd bring their broccoli and cheddar cheese soup back and their rewards program is inviting and rewarding.

I was driving to see the ice castles and we stopped at this place. I was skeptical but I ordered the Greek salad and it was excellent. I also had their scallop pasta dish and the scallops were seated to perfection. After picking at my friends food, I realized this place is seriously good. They have great authentic American dishes ☺️

Went here after seeing all the good reviews and now we know why! Huge menu with healthy options, delicious food and reasonable prices. I had the Cobb wrap and it was great. Also wonderful service from Danielle. Would come back again if we lived here. Thanks!
