Dario is very unprofessional. After speaking with him and telling him I live over an hour away, we scheduled an appointment to view a potential new home for us. I had 2 of my kids with me and he didn't show up. He didn't answer any of my calls when I had arrived and waited for him, nor did he return any calls or messages. If you're going to work with people and their families, do your job and show up when you make an appointment. Very unprofessional and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My experience with Dario was very professional but comfortable. He is quite knowledgable in his field with an honest and positive disposition. He kept me up to date on offers as they came in and even helped me fill out crucial documents on one occasion. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone messages when he was not immediately available. Having had several good dealings with previous realtors, Dario far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dario and will definitely use him again in the future.

Dario did an excellent job of taking the time to get to know us, our budget and what we were looking for.
I was extremely impressed by the fact that he was not pushy at all, in fact, there were times when we considered homes that didn’t meet our must-have requirements and instead of taking advantage of that to close the deal. He requested us to think about it carefully. To me, that was an ultimate demonstration of integrity as opposed to other people that just want to close the deal fast.
Having said that. I recommend Dario without reservation.

If you’re in need of a property manager in San Diego, I would highly recommend Dario Barba. From the first time I spoke with Dario, he was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating and met with me on a Saturday morning. Soon after our first contact, and shortly afterward, the contract was signed for Dario to manage my property. I don’t know how he did it, but within only a few days, Dario found a renter and I was quite pleased that my home didn’t sit vacant for any length of time. I’m glad I found Dario and would gladly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for someone to manage their property.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Dario at Allstar while I was relocating to San Diego from out of state. All correspondence was handled remotely, so the need for timely and accurate response was critical. Dario handled everything in a very professional and courteous manner. He was thorough in his communications and I felt very at ease that all details were being handled, facilitating a smooth transition into my rental. I would strongly recommend Dario and have complete confidence that he will do a superb job regardless of the task.
