What an Awful company, they will obviously rent to anyone and have no respect to the neighbors who have to put up with the trash they rent their houses out to. If this is any indication of how they run their business, I could only imagine how awful it would be to actually rent from them. Garbage business.

Before judging on our work, understand that there are people that do not want to follow our rental qualifications and are or were being evicted or they just simply don't meet the qualifications and get mad at us for those reasons and the only resource left is to post a comment online without most of the times telling the whole side of the story. We go based on actual facts and work hard to accomplish the purpose of hiring a property manager.

This is the single worst business I have deltoid with in my life. They are rude and unprofessional. If dealing with someone with a bad attitude is not bad enough. They create problems instead of solving them.

For example, I needed a place without stairs. The man's answer is, "I don't know" When his answer should be yes or no or I will find out and call you back.

I have a Home Team for my personal properties and I didn't want pets. My rep had a prospect with a family Dog. He immediately called me and asked if one of these solutions would worka pet rent fee or if the dog was only allow downstairs or kept at a size and breed limit. A compromise was made and everyones is happy.

This guy reply,"I don't want your sinking dog"

They have a earned 1.5 stars on yelp and with my experience it was too generous. Do not rent or let these people repusent you or your hard earned real estate investment.
