Back in 2011, Michael Kenyon was referred to us by friends of ours who were extremely happy with his service and the wonderful home he assisted them with purchasing. Our experience in home buying with Michael, especially as first time home buyers, was nothing short of fantastic. Michael's patience, attention to detail, careful and thoughtful explanations, and guidance through the process made the experience easy and seamless. We purchased our first home with his help and have been very happy!

Fast forward to 2017 - my wife received a work opportunity out of state that we couldn't pass up, and with regret, we knew we would have to sell the house and relocate. Michael was our first and only choice for assisting us in the home selling process. With careful attention to detail, Michael guided us through several selling strategies and worked to find the perfect one that would fit our tight relocation schedule. He came prepared with paperwork and examples and we knew we were once again in good hands.

Throughout the process, Michael was extremely attentive and involved. We worked through each offer, weighing the pros and cons and discussing options. As we had to relocate before the sale and were out of the state through a lot of the process, Michael assisted in keeping the landscaping watered and tidy, got the house show-ready and helped us maintain everything in our absence. When the sale finally came together, Michael's strategy had netted us more offers than we thought we'd get, as well as getting us a sale well over our list price.

In short, my wife and I cannot recommend Michael Kenyon and Ascent Real Estate enough for both the buying and selling process. Michael's attention to detail, preparedness, experience, and calm and wonderful personality made the whole process painless and even enjoyable!

Jerry T. Linney goes above and beyond for clients. I have worked with Jerry on several transactions and hold him in high regard. Just recently I saw him under the sink of a client's property trying to fix their drain for them. I have never seen a realtor that hands-on with a client. I highly recommend Jerry.

Our Realtor Shane Stewart gives us exceptional service. When we originally bought our property in 2002 and lived in another state he made everything seamless. When we sold in the downturn of 2008-2009, he marketed the heck out of the place. Virtual tour. Open houses. When we got a good offer, the buying agent was not so good. Though it was not his job Shane helped that agent with the buy end of the deal so that the transaction would complete.. HIGHLY recommended. He's handling my replacement purchase
