Carrier was instructed to call before delivery, Called 15 min. before 1st attempt and refused to wait for us to get to warehouse. We stated that we requested a call 1 hour before delivery. Didn't call until arriving the second time, next day.

Not very professional. They don't treat their employees well at all. They make promises about hours to get you in then it never happens. Time off when needed is a joke.
